Working from Costa Rica
I'm an analytics manager. I work full time from Ojochal — video calls and all — with two kids in local school. Most trip planning assumes you're on holiday. If you're bringing your job, the constraints are different, and I plan for the actual ones.
Which places hold a video call and which don't. Working from a rental versus working from a café, and which cafés are worth the drive. How to build a week when you have meetings three days out of five and everyone still wants a beach day. What the school enrollment process looked like for us, what to ask, and what caught us out.
That last one is experience, not a recommendation list. I can tell you how it went for our family and what questions to ask. I won't hand you school fees I haven't verified this term.
What this is, and what it isn't
You get a day-by-day plan for the Southern Pacific zone — Ojochal, Uvita, Dominical, Marino Ballena, Sierpe — built from places I've been to in person, with the logistics that actually make or break a day. Delivered within five days. Email follow-up for thirty.
You don't get bookings. I don't reserve hotels, book flights, or arrange cars. I'll tell you what to book and when; you book it.
I plan this zone only. It's the coast I live on and the only one I can write about first-hand. If your trip is mostly Arenal or Guanacaste, I'm the wrong person, and I'd rather say so than take your money.
